The slicer and dicer SCMA is an automatic machine specific to cut melons and pineapples in slices or in dice. The operator has to load peeled half fruits on a conveyor belt. The machine is composed of two cutting stations: the first one is a cutting group like a guillotine to cut fruits in horizontal; the second one is a cutting group with circle blades to cut fruits in slices. If you would like to cut in slices, you will use the second station only; if you would like to cut in dice, you will use both stations. The machine has a structure in stainless steel AISI 304. All parts in touch with the fruit are suitable for hygienic and alimentary purposes. The interior parts of the machine are protected by carters in stainless steel. The machine is equipped with CE Safety System and an electrical board (PLC) in stainless steel AISI 304 with low tension controls.
